0G and xBuilders opened applications for Cohort 2 of the Apollo AI accelerator on Oct. 12, setting up a four-month program that will run from November 2026 through February 2027 and select up to 10 AI startups. The companies say accepted teams can receive up to $2 million in investment per project, subject to due diligence, evaluation and program terms, with applications reviewed on a rolling basis until Nov. 2, 2026.

What is 0G Apollo Cohort 2 offering?

0G and xBuilders are opening the second cohort of the 0G Apollo AI accelerator with a package built for AI startups that want to build on 0G infrastructure. The program is scheduled to run for four months, from November 2026 through February 2027, and it plans to choose up to 10 teams.

The companies said the accelerator can provide up to $2 million in investment per project, but the amount is subject to due diligence, project evaluation and program terms, and actual funding may vary. Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis until Nov. 2, 2026, with early applicants getting priority. The official Apollo program page says the exact Cohort 2 start date in November is still to be confirmed.

Who is the program for?

The target applicants are AI founders building revenue-generating products, from early stage through growth stage, who are ready to integrate with 0G infrastructure. The Apollo site says teams must be actively building AI projects with revenue potential and available for the full four-month program.

The program also says no strict exclusivity is required, and that multi-chain or hybrid approaches may still be considered if they meaningfully use 0G's strengths. According to the Apollo site, funding, credits, tools and mentorship are intended for projects that commit to and succeed on 0G, with funding tied to roadmap progress and traction on the network.

What support do accepted teams get?

Accepted startups are promised 1:1 mentorship from xBuilders, the 0G team and mentors from Google, Consensys, Privy and Stanford-affiliated funds. They will also get direct access to 0G protocol engineers for integration support.

The accelerator says partner perks will span security audits, finance, legal, cloud and marketing services, although the Apollo site says the exact Cohort 2 perks will be confirmed at kickoff. The application process includes a five-minute video and one interview call for shortlisted founders.

The program structure is split into four weeks in November focused on product strategy plus AI and technical deep dives, a build sprint from December to mid-January, and four weeks in January and February centered on go-to-market, operations and legal, and fundraising. The official page says the cohort is primarily remote, with an in-person graduation at Stanford and a Demo Day.

Why does 0G think this cohort can matter?

0G describes itself as both "the trust layer for AI" and "a frontier AI lab." The company says it trains its own foundation models, including the 0GM series, and that its stack includes private compute, encrypted storage and an AI-native EVM L1 chain designed to make AI work verifiable and auditable.

The company is also pointing to early program momentum. On the Apollo site, 0G says the first cohort drew more than 220 applications for 10 spots, that all 10 teams presented at Demo Day, and that Cohort 1 alumni raised US$1.5 million within 30 days of graduation. The site adds that Apollo alumni are already live on 0G Storage, Compute and Chain and building on mainnet.

Cohort 1 included 10 teams, 18 founders and three verticals: AI Agents, Trust & Safety and Finance. Listed companies included Floe Labs, UV Labs, BitMind, Walnut AI, Impulse AI, DSALTA, Mighty and Om Labs, with products ranging from AI-agent credit to deepfake detection, browser automation and financial LLM infrastructure.

0G and xBuilders said the second Apollo cohort was first announced at 0G Dev Day Singapore on Oct. 5, 2026. xBuilders said its network includes founders, operators and investors from Google, Salesforce, Capital One and Coinbase. The Apollo page says up to 10 teams are scheduled to be announced in November 2026.
